Royal Caribbean expands Partnership with AVIAREPS into Central Asia

AVIAREPS appointed as Passenger Sales Agent for Royal Caribbean in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

AVIAREPS, the global leader in aviation, tourism and cruise representation with 77 offices in 71 countries around the world, has been appointed as Passenger Sales Agent (PSA) for Royal Caribbean in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The new agreement builds on AVIAREPS' successful collaboration with Royal Caribbean in Argentina and Chile and further strengthens the partnership.

The partnership aims at increasing the awareness of Royal Caribbean's cruise offerings and drive sales growth in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan through new partnerships with travel agents, tour operators and OTAs. With immediate effect, AVIAREPS' experienced local teams will provide sales support for booking enquiries and partner requests, deliver product training sessions and webinars, coordinate ship visits for travel agents, and assist with customer claim handling in close cooperation with Royal Caribbean's regional and global teams.
