Bernd Michl joins the AVIAREPS Management Board as new CFO

AVIAREPS, the global leader in aviation, tourism and hospitality representation with 77 offices in 71 countries around the world, today announced the appointment of Bernd Michl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Affairs Officer, effective July 1st. In this role, Bernd Michl will oversee AVIAREPS’ global financial strategy and operations, supporting the company’s continued international growth and further development.

Bernd Michl succeeds Ralf Kuttruff, who has served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Affairs Officer since 2022. Kuttruff will leave the company at the end of June 2026.

Bernd Michl brings 30 years of experience in finance and has held senior finance leadership and CFO positions across trading, manufacturing and service companies. Before joining AVIAREPS, he worked with well-known companies and groups including BOL Medien (Bertelsmann), Elster Industries (formerly E.ON, today Honeywell), Home Shopping 24 and Westwing (a Rocket Internet Venture with IPO in 2018). Throughout his career, he has built and restructured finance organizations, introduced planning and reporting systems, led financing rounds and investor relations, and contributed to operational turnarounds and profitable growth.
