Visit Tampa Bay expands Partnership with AVIAREPS to Germany, Austria and Switzerland

AVIAREPS to promote Tampa Bay through strategic sales, marketing and PR activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

With immediate effect, Visit Tampa Bay appointed AVIAREPS, the global leader in tourism, aviation and hospitality representation with 67 offices in 61 countries around the world, as its representative in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. AVIAREPS’ local tourism expert teams will support the destination with sales, marketing and public relations services, to increase the awareness of Tampa Bay and to promote it as a must-see destination in the United States. 

As part of a strategic initiative to increase visitation from leading international markets across the globe, AVIAREPS has been appointed to create a 360° sales, marketing and PR concept to drive visitation from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Tampa Bay. In addition to travel trade training, industry events and hosted FAM trips, there will be an enhanced focus on digital media including social media, influencer marketing and consumer direct advertising tied into the 360° plan.

AVIAREPS already represents Visit Tampa Bay in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. By appointing AVIAREPS as representative also in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Visit Tampa Bay expands the partnership to important key markets in Europe. Both companies will work hand-in-hand to raise awareness to all that is uniquely Tampa Bay, to convert potential visitors and to increase length of stay.
