AVIAREPS reappointed as PR and Marketing Representative for GNTA in Germany, Poland, France, Sweden, Norway and Denmark

AVIAREPS, the global leader in aviation, tourism and hospitality representation with 77 offices in 71 countries around the world, has been reappointed as the PR and Marketing Representative for the Georgia National Tourism Administration (GNTA) in Germany, Poland, France, Sweden and Norway and newly appointed in Denmark.

The multi-market mandate covers PR and marketing representation across all six markets, continuing a successful collaboration that has significantly strengthened Georgia’s position as an emerging European holiday destination. AVIAREPS will further build on this momentum through a coordinated, insight-led strategy, tailored to each market’s specific travel trends and audience preferences.

The renewed partnership builds on strong, measurable results achieved throughout the first year of the partnership. AVIAREPS trained more than 600 travel agencies, held workshops with almost 400 participants, and supported 10 trade fair and roadshow participations across 16 cities, reaching almost 2,000 industry professionals. In addition, a dedicated GNTA roadshow covered 10 cities with 350 participants, further strengthening engagement with the travel trade. Targeted PR and digital activations also delivered significant reach and engagement across key markets, supported by high-impact media placements and content partnerships.

As part of the renewed partnership, AVIAREPS’ local expert teams will continue to deliver market-specific PR and marketing activities, including media relations, high-impact campaigns, trade engagement, familiarisation (FAM) trips, and collaborations with key partners across the travel and media landscape. Leveraging its strong network and local expertise, AVIAREPS will focus on further increasing awareness, driving visitation, and reinforcing Georgia’s positioning across Europe.

Thomas Drechsler, COO Tourism at AVIAREPS: “We are proud to continue our successful partnership with GNTA across these key European markets. Over the past year, we have seen a clear shift in perception from Georgia being considered an untouched gem to a destination that intrigues the experience-seeker, high-value traveller and vibrant-traveller enthusiast. Georgia is becoming a recognised and increasingly relevant travel choice across Europe, in markets such as Germany and Poland, awareness and demand have grown significantly, while in France and the Nordics, targeted media and digital activations have helped position Georgia as an attractive and accessible destination. Building on this momentum, we look forward to further strengthening Georgia’s presence and inspiring more travellers to discover its unique offering.”
