Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, today announced the appointment of AVIAREPS as its General Sales Agent in Germany and Switzerland. AVIAREPS, the world’s leading international representation, marketing and communications company for aviation, tourism, hospitality, and food and beverage brands, will support the airline with a full range of sales, reservations and ticketing services in both markets.

Beond connects Europe, the Middle East and Asia with the Maldives and plans to grow its route network to 60 destinations over the next five years. The Maldivian airline began commercial operations in November 2023 with inaugural flights from Munich and Zurich to Malé, Maldives. Beond’s luxury Airbus A319 offers all-lay flat seating and a premium on-board experience including fine dining for passengers travelling to Beond’s hub in Malé. The airline’s niche market strategy focuses on point-to-point luxury leisure connections, with Munich, Zurich, and Riyadh being among the first direct connections, followed by Milan, Dubai, and Bangkok in 2024.
