AVIAREPS appointed to support American Airlines' Operations in Korea

AVIAREPS to provide specialized sales, marketing, and operational coordination services for American Airlines in Korea

AVIAREPS, the global leader in aviation, tourism and hospitality representation with 77 offices in 71 countries around the world, and American Airlines (AA) have established a professional service partnership to support AA's operational and market activities in the Republic of Korea. Under this agreement, AVIAREPS Korea will act as a dedicated contractor, providing comprehensive support for American Airlines' sales, marketing coordination, and local administrative activities.

American Airlines, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is one of the world’s largest airlines, operating an extensive network to more than 350 destinations in approximately 50 countries with an average of 6,700 flights per day. In Korea, American Airlines currently operates non-stop flights between Incheon (ICN) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), providing seamless connectivity to major cities across North America via its DFW hub.

AVIAREPS, which was named “World’s Leading Airline GSA” at the World Travel Awards (WTA) in December 2025, plans to leverage its global expertise in aviation and tourism, as well as its deep understanding of the Korean market, to strengthen American Airlines’ brand presence and expand its market share in Korea.

The dedicated American Airlines team at AVIAREPS Korea will focus on the following key areas:

  • Strengthening sales channels: Enhancing partnerships with major travel agencies and corporate clients
  • Brand Promotion: Brand promotion: Developing and executing Korea-specific marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Operational & B2B Support: Optimising B2B services for the local aviation and travel trade
  • Product Development: Creating and supplying new travel products based on American Airlines’ North America network
