flydubai expands Partnership with AVIAREPS to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Baltics

AVIAREPS to support the airline with strategic sales and marketing activities in 6 additional markets in Europe

With immediate effect, the Dubai-based carrier flydubai appointed AVIAREPS as General Sales Agent in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Baltic countries. AVIAREPS, the world’s leading international representation, marketing and communications company for aviation, tourism, hospitality, and food & beverage brands, will support the airline with a full range of sales, reservations and ticketing services to support flydubai’s growth in these markets.

flydubai, founded in 2008, is a fast-growing airline with a modern fleet and an extensive network connecting Dubai to key destinations around the world. The airline currently offers flights to more than 125 destinations in 58 countries and operates a fleet of 85 aircraft. In November 2023, flydubai announced the order of 30 wide-body Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, diversifying its current fleet of all-Boeing 737 aircraft. The order reaffirmed flydubai’s commitment to enabling more people to travel across its network and to meet increasing demand.

With the appointment of AVIAREPS as GSA in the new markets, flydubai will expand its network by adding new connections to and from Switzerland (Basel), Latvia (Riga), Estonia (Tallinn) and Lithuania (Vilnius) with up to four flights per week. The route from Basel will commence on August 2nd, followed by Riga on October 11th, then Tallinn and Vilnius on October 12th.
