Michael Gaebler


Michael is Chairman of the Board and the driving force behind AVIAREPS growth. He founded AVIAREPS in 1994, and since then it has risen from a small domestic player to the multi-national leader that it is today. With over 20 M&As under his belt, Michael is a world-renowned expert in travel and aviation.

Outside of the office Michael is an accomplished sailor, and credits his maritime experience with helping him to stay calm, even in a storm.

Edgar Lacker


Edgar is the Chief Executive Officer of AVIAREPS, responsible for the strategic direction of the business. He passionately led the European activities of AVIAREPS since five years and is now in charge of leading AVIAREPS globally.

An avid fisherman, Edgar’s passion has taken him around the world, from Mongolia to the Seychelles.

AVIAREPS' share capital reflects a nominal registered capital of 1,071,604 shares. Thereof 1,043,440 are common shares and 28,164 are non-par preference shares without voting right. All shares are registered and entered in the company's share register.

All shares are held by private persons, with the exception of 25.2 per cent owned by an investment company. No client or potential client holds shares or an interest in any of our companies. This allows us to maintain a neutral status.
