tourism boards, DMCs and activity providers with Spain’s leading travel agencies
and tour operators specializing in nature, sports and adventure tourism.

The event will combine a brief presentation by each exhibitor with dedicated
networking sessions, creating valuable business opportunities between suppliers and specialized buyers.

Workshop Fees: €1.600
*VAT not included, if applicable. Payment instructions will be sent after registration confirmation.
*The cost for an additional participant from your company is EUR 100 per person.
*Maximum of 2 participants per company.

*If you are unable to attend the event in person, AVIAREPS can represent your company for a fee of €400 (+ VAT, where applicable). This fee includes representation by a member of the AVIAREPS team.

PROGRAMME

• High-Speed Train Arrival in Madrid
  
• 12:15 – Arrival and preparation at the hotel/event venue
  
• 13:00 – Welcome reception and One-to-One meetings with partners/exhibitors
  -Welcome to the agencies and official opening of the workshop
  -Each partner/exhibitor will have a table for individual meetings with the agencies.
  
• 14:30 – Lunch and presentations
  -Cocktail reception begins
  
• 15:30 – Desserts, raffle and closing
  -While enjoying dessert, a special raffle will take place.
  -Workshop closing and farewell to participants
  
• 16:00 – End of the event
  Transportation and accommodation expenses are not included for partners.
