Exciting News! The Highly Anticipated AVIAREPS Roadshow Returns to Spain

We are thrilled to announce that the AVIAREPS Roadshow is back in Spain, taking place across three cities from October 20 to 22.

Our goal is to help you grow your business by connecting you with over 90
travel professionals across Spain: Barcelona, Madrid, and Málaga.

Seize this opportunity to network, establish business relationships, and showcase your products to the Spanish travel trade, including tour operators, travel agents, and travel media representatives. Approximately 30 key buyers and travel trade professionals will be attending in each city. Following each roadshow session, lunch and beverages will be served, and we will conclude the afternoon with raffle prizes.

Your participation includes:

• Workshop and networking with travel agents, tour operators and media.
• Networking lunch or dinner for one delegate.
• The cost for an extra person from your company is EUR 100 per person and city. *Max 2 participants per company.
• Visibility in exclusive newsletter to travel/trade and media related to AVIAREPS Spain Roadshow 2025.
• Feature of sponsor logo on invitation to travel/trade and media. Logo visibility in “Thank You” emails after the event, as well as Social Media platform.
• Visibility on the Roadshow through video or image loop of your organization during the workshop.
• Customized landing page to be distributed to all attendees.
• Welcome speech at the reception of exhibitors and participants.
• Brief presentation on your organization prior to the workshop * Depending on the number of exhibitors.
• Possibility to distribute giveaways to attending travel trade professionals.
• If needed, representation of the company by an AVIAREPS Spain Staff 300 euros fee per city.
• If representation takes places in Barcelona or Málaga, travel expenses from Madrid must be included in addition to the fee.

Cancellation policy: From July 1st to July 31st, 2026, 50% of cancellation fee From August 1st, 2026 onwards, 100% cancellation fee
