Exciting News! The Highly Anticipated AVIAREPS Roadshow Returns to Spain and Portugal

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the AVIAREPS Around the World Roadshow 2027, a traveling event designed to connect international tourism suppliers with leading travel professionals across Spain and Portugal.

This roadshow offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your presence in the Iberian market, generate new business opportunities, and showcase your destinations, hotels, DMCs, experiences, and tourism services to a carefully selected audience of travel agencies and tour operators.

In each city, exhibitors will deliver a brief presentation introducing their company before taking part in a full day of pre-scheduled business meetings and networking with key travel buyers from the region.

Join in 1 city: €1,770
Join in 2 cities: €2,585
Join in 3 cities: €3,560
*Vat not included, if applicable

The Roadshow dates are:

Tuesday, October 19, 2026 | Barcelona, Spain
Wednesday, October 20, 2026 | Oporto, Portugal
Thursday, October 22, 2026 | Sevilla, Spain

Your participation includes:

• Workshop and networking with travel agents, tour operators, and media representatives
• Networking lunch or dinner for one delegate. An additional delegate from your company may attend for EUR 100 per person, per city (maximum of two delegates per company).
• Visibility in an exclusive newsletter distributed to travel industry professionals and media associated with the AVIAREPS Spain Roadshow 2027.
• Inclusion of your company logo in the invitation sent to travel professionals and media representatives.
• Logo visibility in post-event thank-you emails and across social media platforms.
• Brand exposure during the Roadshow through a looping video or presentation displayed throughout the workshop.
• A dedicated landing page to be shared with all attendees.
• A welcome address during the exhibitor and participant reception.
• A brief presentation of your organization before the workshop* (*subject to the number of exhibitors).
• The opportunity to distribute promotional gifts to attending travel industry professionals.

If required, your company may be represented by a member of the AVIAREPS Spain team for a fee of EUR 300 per city. If representation takes place outside of Madrid, travel expenses will be charged in addition to the representation fee.

Cancellation policy: From July 1st to July 31st, 2027, 50% of cancellation fee From August 1st, 2027 onwards, 100% cancellation fee
