With the Around the World Roadshow AVIAREPS Poland presents a unique opportunity to show-case your products in Poland which is currently the world’s 20th-largest economy, building meaningful connections within the Polish travel industry. To guarantee the event's success, we offer support based on three essential pillars:

NETWORK

You´ll have the perfect opportunity to network while enjoying aperitifs and finger food. Share your latest product updates and connect with agents in your designated space at the marketplace.

PRESENT

After a brief welcome speech, the partners have the opportunity to showcase their offerings through engaging presentations and live interviews.

ENGAGE

The most engaged participants will have the chance to enter a prize draw, further encouraging them to meet with all partner brands during the event.

Both editions provide a valuable platform to showcase your products and build strong connections with travel agents during three dedicated evening events in key Polish cities.

Our most recent edition, held in October 2025, gathered nearly 150 guests in three cities and received excellent feedback from our partners — proving the strong potential and continued interest in this format. Here you can find a short video capturing the highlights of the event.

The spring edition of the Roadshow 2026 focuses on the southern part of Poland, visiting Wrocław and Kraków — two dynamic cities with strong potential for international travel - and will conclude with a final networking event in Warsaw.

Wrocław is one of Poland’s fastest-growing economic and academic hubs, with a young, active population and a well-developed network of travel agencies. The city shows a consistently high interest in city breaks, and experiential travel, making it an excellent market for promoting diverse tourism products.

Kraków, as one of Poland’s major cultural and tourist centres, benefits from strong purchasing power, excellent air connections, and a mature travel trade environment. Local agents report high demand for premium leisure travel, themed holidays, and year-round international getaways, making Kraków a key city for reaching well-travelled, experience-oriented clients.

The fall edition of the Roadshow 2026 will visit Gdańsk, Poznań and Warsaw, bringing the event to two strong outbound markets in western and northern Poland, and concluding — as in the spring — in the capital.

Gdańsk is one of the strongest outbound markets in northern Poland, with steadily growing demand for international travel. Residents show high interest in family holidays, beach destinations and city breaks, supported by excellent flight connections enabling both short-haul and long-haul trips.

Poznań is a key travel market in western Poland, featuring a well-developed network of travel agencies and highly active travellers. The city stands out for strong demand for city breaks, premium leisure holidays and themed trips, offering solid sales potential for international destinations.

Warsaw, where both editions of the Roadshow 2026 will conclude, is Poland’s largest and most influential outbound travel market. As the country’s key business and aviation hub, it brings together leading tour operators, MICE agencies, luxury travel specialists and FIT organisers.
