This event connects you with over 150 travel industry professionals in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. It's an excellent opportunity for networking, business meetings and showcasing your products to tour operators, travel agents and specialised travel media.

Your participation includes:

• Workshop, training sessions and networking with travel agents, tour operators, and trade media.
• Networking lunch or dinner for one delegate.
• The cost for an additional person from your company is U$200 per person (maximum of 2 participants per company).
• Visibility in an exclusive newsletter targeted at the tourism industry and media related to the AVIAREPS Brazil Roadshow 2026.
• Inclusion of the partner's logo in the invitation sent to tourism professionals and media.
• Logo visibility in post-event thank-you emails, as well as on social media platforms.
• Possibility to distribute promotional giveaways to attending tourism professionals.
• If needed, representation of your company by a member of the AVIAREPS Brazil team is available for a fee of USD 300 per city. For representation in Rio de Janeiro, addition to the fee, travel expenses from São Paulo will also apply.
