The Bicester Collection

Background

AVIAREPS started representing The Bicester Collection for their trade marketing in the Greater China region in 2016. During this period, we successfully established excellent sales channels for the Bicester Collections in China, drove sales traffic to their 9 villages in Europe, and carried out various market promotion activities in the region.

The Bicester Collection Chengdu office was newly opened in May 2023. The Bicester Collection Club Chengdu Session is a new marketing event first launched in Chengdu, aiming to build a communication platform for local trade partners to gather to network, exchange ideas, and conduct business for the Bicester Collection. The event included product introductions, itinerary planning as well as team building, not only enhancing the understanding for The Bicester Collection villages, the awareness of the brand, but also strengthening the cooperation relationships among local players as well as increasing market share for the next year.

Results

• This is the first time for The Bicester Collection Club to be held in China. Chengdu office invited 13 local trade partners whose business involves Euro products also invited 5 airlines in the market who have international fly routes to Euro to join the 2D1N private event
• Through the event, we expanded our database in Chengdu and seized the opportunity to network with local agents, thereby generating valuable leads. Push for 2024 sales, estimated 3,000 pax for the total
• Each village’s information was distributed to the audience and during these interactions, discussions centered around exploring activations for 2024 and identifying strategies to optimize our partnership
• 12 The Bicester Collection villages’ information was all passed to the audience for education
• 100% covered Western China key trade players
• 30% increase estimated in 2024 compared to previous year in Western China Market for The Bicester Collection sales
