LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort is a resort located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru, Malaysia which has 4 properties: Theme Park, Water Park, Sea Life Aquarium & Hotel.

AVIAREPS successfully represents LEGOLAND Malaysia resort in Indonesia since June 2022 intending for the resort to be top of mind as a family destination for Indonesians.

Solution

Since its representation, AVIAREPS Indonesia has achieved:

• Joint partnership with top agent supporters in Indonesia (Dwidaya – an agent with most branches (50 offices throughout Indonesia) & Golden Rama (who is known for handling top premium clients) by participating in their own single travel fairs in Jakarta & Pekanbaru (LEGOLAND built own physical booth) in 2023
• Close ties with National Tourism Organization – Tourism Malaysia in their various external & internal events
• Held an education familiarization trip with Transnusa (Indonesia’s private local airlines) on their inaugural flight from Jakarta to Johor Bahru in September 2023 which having daily flight frequency on said route.
• Joined various B2B events to attract news audiences
