Background
AVIAREPS started in the ferry industry in late 2016 without any tools and no expertise. Starting from zero, we had to learn a lot and needed to identify potential customers for GNV. We approached the market and built our own client portfolio through tough cold acquisition. The aim was to develop the ferry segment, grow GNV as a brand in Germany and finally to increase B2B cooperations (travel agents and tour operators). Over the years we have built up a strong network of agency partners, growing the revenue tremendously.
