We are currently seeking an Aviation Sales Representative to join our professional dedicated team for China Airlines based in Wilson Street, London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Key International airline portfolio, agreeing a strategic plan and achieving revenue targets in-line with our client expectations. You will work closely with the team to set sales targets, develop pricing strategies, and identify new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
Permanently dedicated to China Airlines, based full-time (5 days per week) at their Moorgate offices, with responsibility for supervising the Sales and Reservations Team
Act as a key liaison with the AVIAREPS Aviation sales team, providing regular feedback, sales forecasting, performance insights, and market updates
Contribute to the China Airlines Passenger Sales and Marketing division, completing internal tasks, reporting, and presenting station performance/results to European divisional leaders on a monthly basis and to Global leadership annually
Take ownership of, develop, and grow both Leisure and Corporate account portfolios
Lead FAM trips when required to showcase the airline’s product and customer experience to the travel trade
Collaborate with GSA representatives in offline markets to drive sales performance and increase brand awareness
Attend and represent the airline at industry events as well as events hosted by the Taiwanese Representative Office
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities
Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Support the Country Manager with forecasts, budgets, and reports for the executive team
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
Organise and execute participation in fairs, customer events, seminars, roadshows, and functions
Work on the strategic expansion of the existing customer base both in the office and in the field
Jointly with the Country Manager and Marketing Assistant, create and implement marketing and budget plans
Maintain regular contact with assigned travel trade partners and commercial companies
Support and strategically expand the existing customer base; manage regular email communications
Monitor contracts and distribute tariffs and other airline updates to the market
Visit agents to present airline product information and deliver training to front-line staff
Interpret revenue statistics and data, providing detailed statistical reports
Identify new sources of revenue within the UK travel trade
Conduct market and potential analyses and follow up on findings
Implement targeted, customer group-specific sales and marketing initiatives
Design and negotiate commercial deals and contracts with travel agents
Design, file, and manage Nett fares as well as promotional fare campaigns
About You
Fully knowledgeable of the airline product
Experience of Account Management in Airline sales or related travel industry field
Excellent verbal and written skills in English required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as required
Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyse results
Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable thriving in multicultural environments where English is not always the first language spoken
