Sales Support Executive – Dedicated to China Airlines

Salary: £33,000 p.a. gross
AVIAREPS UK is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to work exclusively for China Airlines. Based in the heart of London, you will be instrumental in supporting the airline’s sales activities by providing essential reporting, analysis, and administrative support. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic aviation team and contribute to the airline's growth in the UK market.
Role Overview:
As the Sales Support Executive for China Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the airline’s sales team by providing revenue reporting, data analysis, and support to ensure that targets are met and market share is increased. You will collaborate closely with the airline’s Country Manager and sales team, delivering key insights and reports to optimize business strategies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and reconcile daily and monthly airline sales reports
- Provide in-depth analysis of revenue data for the country manager, sales manager, and sales team
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and in person to both trade partners and clients
- Liaise with China Airlines’ local management and head office to ensure alignment on business goals
- Prepare fare filing sheets and fare benchmarking reports
- Assist in data preparation for sales presentations, business plans, and promotional activities
- Generate route analysis and provide insights to optimize revenue opportunities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination
Core Skills & Experience
Education:
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification from a travel institution
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Excellent numeracy skills, with experience using Excel for data analysis
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in an airline sales support or data analysis role
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific systems like Sabre, DDS, and eSmash
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
