Do you want to play a role in growing the aviation industry in the Benelux? AVIAREPS is seeking a Sales Manager Aviation who is grounded and unafraid to roll up their sleeves. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our aviation partners in the Benelux. This role is available due to our growing client portfolio and offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the team in Hoofddorp.

Position: Sales Manager Aviation (Full-time)

For our office in the Netherlands


What will you do:

  • You are responsible for increasing our revenue and market share by selling and promoting our aviation partners in the Benelux.
  • You build relationships with corporate clients, organizations, resellers, and partners.
  • You develop sales strategies and initiatives to increase our market share and profitability.
  • You create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • You maintain and develop relationships with our client base and continuously expand it by acquiring new clients.
  • You monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • You prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the management team.
  • You organize and participate in trade shows, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions.


What do you need to succeed?

  • You have experience in the aviation industry as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative and are ready for the next step.
  • An extensive personal network within aviation and experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, and knowledge of Sanskrit and the Hindi language is a plus.
  • You are flexible and can handle various tasks and priorities.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently.
  • You are not afraid to learn new things and take on challenges.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • You are willing to travel as required.
  • You have excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office products, digital communication tools, and social media.
