AVIAREPS, the world’s leading airline and tourism management company, is looking for a dedicated Reservation & Ticketing Agent to support Ethiopian Airlines, the leading aviation group in Africa, from our office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling reservations and ticketing requests for Ethiopian Airlines using Sabre (must) and preferably Amadeus
• Managing group bookings and handling group reservations efficiently
• Assisting travel agencies and direct customers with flight bookings, rebookings, and fare calculations
• Providing excellent customer service and professional support to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Processing refunds, reissues, and other ticketing-related tasks following airline policies
• Liaising with Ethiopian Airlines’ head office and other departments to ensure smooth operations

 Your Profile:

• Experience in airline reservations and ticketing, with Sabre (must) and preferably Amadeus
• Experience in group handling
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) is required
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for aviation and travel
