Personal Assistant to the Vice President - North & Western Europe

 Hoofddorp (Hybrid)

About the role:

AVIAREPS, a global leader in travel and aviation, is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our Vice President for North & Western Europe, based in Hoofddorp. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating communication, and enabling the VP to focus on strategic priorities.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and handle confidential information
  • Organize meetings and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Manage the VP’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
  • Assist with special projects and ensure tasks are followed up

 

Who You Are:

  • Highly Organized: You excel at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Clear Communicator: Your English skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch, and you’re detail-oriented.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using project management tools.
  • A Problem-Solver: You think critically and take the initiative to solve issues before they escalate.
  • Relationship-Builder: You effortlessly connect with people at all levels within the organization.

 

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel/aviation industry
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (German or French is a plus) 
  • Digital Wiz, with strong MS Office skills 
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks
