Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

For our Administration Team in Argentina, we are looking for a dedicated person to join us full-time as:

Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

In Buenos Aires

Your Responsibilities:

  • Billing and invoicing of tickets, sales and tourism services
  • Account receivables (AR) - incoming payments control and bookings
  • Deliver monthly AR statements. Verify and keep AR invoice records, sales and cost of sales reports, open and aging reports and journals
  • Credit card payments reconciliation
  • General Ledger (GL) account reconciliation for Tourism services and events. Monitoring R/C from clients
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors and legal counsels to ensure successful audit results and compliance
  • Keep accounting records up to date and ensure correct booking in ERP system
  • Performs other accounting duties as requested by the Manager

 

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree or advanced student in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Admin department of an airline, travel agency or similar role
  • Good knowledge of KHK
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English essential. Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality
