Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team at AVIAREPS Japan Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our travel and tourism representation services in Japan.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, sales) to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client goals and objectives.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and impact of AVIAREPS services.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client performance to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Manage client budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
* Represent AVIAREPS Japan Ltd. at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (native level Japanese required, business fluent English strongly preferred).
* Strong understanding of the Japanese travel market and key industry players.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM software is a plus.
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong client-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
