Key Responsibilities:
Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
Ticketing manual/automated
Handling of Groups and Allotments
Distribution of price quotations and information
Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails
Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel
Handling BSP Link enquiries, e.g. ADM, ACM, Refunds
Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally
Key Skills:
Well versed with MS Office tools
Excellent analytical ability
Excellent knowledge of Airline - GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Astral)
Proficiency in the Usage of Internet
Should have basic excel knowledge
Experiences in the tourism sector
IATA — Knowledge and experiences in ticketing
Fluency in English, further languages preferred
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international
environment whilst directly contributing to the company’s growth and success
