Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across a diverse product portfolio. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening long-term relationships with trade and commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key account clients across a diverse product portfolio
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue growth targets
- Develop and expand business opportunities in new and existing markets
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and partners
- Implement sales strategies to maximize commercial results
- Support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Deliver presentations and commercial proposals to clients and partners
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders and channels
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends
- Conduct market intelligence analysis and competitor tracking
- Participate in trade events, fairs, workshops, and industry meetings
- Maintain ongoing client communication, visits, and relationship management
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, Communications, or related fields
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong understanding of multi-product or diversified portfolios, including experience in tour operators, car rental, or hotel sales
- Strong knowledge of and connections within the Brazilian travel trade, across both leisure and corporate segments, as well as travel trends and consumer behavior
- Strong sales orientation in the diversify tourism sector with focus on results and revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory - Spanish is a plus
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel
