Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Travel Agent and the Airlines, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Develop, monitor, and drive achievement of sales targets, ensuring consistent and sustainable results.
- Negotiate, implement, and manage corporate and trade agreements.
- Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives, including client visits, call coordination, campaigns, events and marketing actions.
- Streamline workflows and optimize processes for maximum operational efficiency.
- Design and implement action plans to enhance sales performance and market visibility.
- Analyze flight load factors and propose tactical commercial strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance, address challenges, and provide strategic direction.
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities.
- Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and high-level client meetings.
- Collaborate closely and regularly with the Airline Client to align on goals and strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, Aviation, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Spanish is desirable
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in airline sales
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian travel trade and consumer markets.
- Well-established network within the tourism sector (consolidators, tour operators, OTAs, travel agencies).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
- Availability for domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in GDS - knowledge of DDS is a plus.
