Dans le cadre de ses activités en Belgique, AVIAREPS Benelux recherche un(e) Spécialiste Réservations & Billetterie pour accompagner le lancement des opérations d’Air Congo entre Bruxelles et Kinshasa (4 vols par semaine en Boeing 787-9, en partenariat avec Ethiopian Airlines).
Rattaché(e) à notre centrale de réservations basée aux Pays-Bas, vous serez en charge de la coordination des activités de réservation et de billetterie en Belgique.
Vos missions
Gérer les réservations et l’émission de billets dans Sabre
Traiter les réémissions, échanges et modifications de billets
Appliquer les règles tarifaires et effectuer les recalculs nécessaires
Gérer les remboursements et les EMD (documents électroniques divers)
Assurer le suivi des paiements clients, y compris les paiements sur place
Effectuer le suivi administratif et les opérations financières (encaissements, rapprochements)
Répondre aux demandes des agences de voyages et des passagers par téléphone, e-mail et en face-à-face au bureau
Participer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration des procédures opérationnelles
Profil recherché
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en réservations et billetterie aérienne
Bonne maîtrise de Sabre
(ou excellente maîtrise d’un autre GDS type Amadeus avec volonté d’apprendre Sabre)
Expérience confirmée en :
échanges et modifications de billets
procédures de remboursement
EMD
construction tarifaire complexe
Rigueur, sens du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément
Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
Excellente communication en français et en anglais
Le néerlandais est un atout

Il s’agit d’un poste 100 % en présentiel à Bruxelles.
En plus du contact par téléphone et courriel, vous êtes également en interaction directe avec les clients au bureau.
Vous travaillez de manière autonome sur le compte Air Congo, tout en étant intégré(e) dans un environnement partagé avec d’autres collègues aviation basés sur le même site.

🛠️ What You Will Own
Core Ticketing: Creating, issuing, and managing tickets smoothly in Sabre.
Complex Logic: Handling ticket exchanges, manual reissues, and tricky fare recalculations.
Financial Focus: Processing refunds, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs), and managing customer payments.
Local Support: Helping customers and travel agents via phone, email, and face-to-face in our Brussels office to maximize customer satisfaction and local brand reputation.
Process Building: Sharing your ideas to optimize workflows and GSA processes as the local operation grows.
🧠 You Are a Great Fit If...
You have 2+ years of experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
You know Sabre (or master another GDS like Amadeus and are ready to switch).
You understand ticket construction, fare rules, and EMDs inside out.
You are a natural multitasker who thrives when things get chaotic and busy.
You communicate clearly and confidently in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus).
You enjoy working independently as the local specialist, backed by a close-knit Benelux team.

Gross monthly salary: Between €2,750 and € 3,000 depending on your experience
