Job Summary**

The Country Manager Kazakhstan for AVIAREPS AG is responsible for leading and growing the company's business operations within Kazakhstan, focusing on developing and executing strategies to achieve commercial targets and expand market presence for our diverse portfolio of tourism, aviation, and hospitality clients.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for AVIAREPS AG in Kazakhstan, aligning with global company objectives.
* Lead, manage, and motivate a local team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective resource allocation.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients within the aviation, tourism, and hospitality sectors.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing clients and local travel trade, media, and government bodies.
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for the Kazakhstan market.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Represent AVIAREPS AG at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
* Ensure compliance with all local laws and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, client activities, and financial results to regional and global management.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management or country management role within the aviation, tourism, or hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully growing businesses and achieving commercial targets in a competitive market.
* Strong understanding of the Kazakhstani travel market.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English and Russian is essential; knowledge of Kazakh is a significant advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
* Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Kazakhstan and occasionally internationally.
