Sales & Marketing Executive

Aviareps OY represents several airlines, Expedia TAAP, Tourism Authority of Thailand and Marriott Hotels in Finland.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive, based in Helsinki, Finland

The position is permanent and will be filled as soon as possible. The position is partly home based and requires travel. 


Your Mission:

  • Maximizing company’s and client’s target by planning and implementing sales & marketing strategies. 
  • Formulating, developing, implementing and evaluating sales & marketing programs which may include product seminars and presentations, travel agent educational sessions, sales calls and any joint projects with Travel Trade partners
  • Maximizing the potential of existing networks and source new business
  • Preparing sales proposal and reports; maintaining contact profiles to ensure accurate and timely information for all existing and target accounts
  • Servicing inquiries and maintaining good working relations with travel agencies, airlines and other service suppliers which may include hotels, tour operators, tourism attractions, cruise operators and other related services
  • Carrying out market intelligence to evaluate market potential for clients and to monitor changes
  • Understanding the market for leisure & business travel, as well as the MICE segment.
  • Represent client(s) to participate in trade/road shows and sales missions


Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in the field of tourism, hospitality or airline
  • Academic degree in relevant field is a merit.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Finnish and English, additional languages a plus. 
  • Strong account management skills with a proven track record of successful achievements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet Sales & Marketing targets
  • Sales-driven, ambitious, organized, self-motivated and independent
