 We are looking for a:

Sales Professional (m/f/d) 

from the aviation industry, with minimum 5 years experience in sales with MarCom understanding.

Smart, dynamic, energetic, with "Will do" attitude and "go-getter" approach. Kean, eager and motivated to successfully grow our clients portfolio in Greece

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Account management across the full sales cycle (identification; acquisition; implementation; development and retention)
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential aviation clients, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, maintenance organizations and aviation service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and market strategies that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives in the aviation sector so as to increase existing business and market share
  • Market Coverage & Performance: Ensure effective sales and market coverage and monitor performance data & KPI's pertaining to sales and revenue
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generated. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Monitor and analyse sales figures and trends.
  • Market Research: Carry out market research, competitor analysis and benchmarking. Stay updated on aviation industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor. Use this information to identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Education: Organise and support participation in fairs, events, seminars, road-shows and functions. Educating clients about aviation products and services, providing insights and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Budgets: Manage, implement and control of marketing budgets
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with aviation clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in the aviation industry. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

 

Your qualifications & experiences:

  • Sales Expertise: Well established network in Greece travel industry (essential) and neighbouring countries (advantageous)
  • Aviation Industry Knowledge: Preferably good work experience in all aspects of the airline and/or travel trade (outgoing) sales environment. Thorough knowledge of market place, travel trends and consumer behaviour
  • Previous working experience in this field and understanding of the dynamics of this key segment and distribution channel, as well as personally knowing it's biggest contributors, most influential players and decision makers is advantageous
  • Statistical reviews: ability to conduct and analyze results to improve operation methods and processes
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written Greek & English. Any other regional languages/dialects advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality 
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and valid driving license essential
