For our international sales team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an full-time colleague with immediate effect

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Location: AVIAREPS Hoofddorp


Your mission:

  • To promote a new hotel client in the Benelux in order to increase existing revenues and develop the portfolio
  • To be the point of contact for our client in the field and consolidate the relationships
  • You are responsible for contract negotiations for our client with (luxury) tour operators and travel partners
  • You implement target group specific sales and marketing activities
  • You conduct product trainings and participate in trade fairs and events on behalf of our client
  • The acquisition of new customers (e.g. conducting sales calls) is also part of your tasks
  • To maintain accurate records of all sales activity
  • To prepare reports and presentations


You bring with you:

  • Excellent communication skills - you are business fluent in written and spoken Dutch, English and/or French.
  • Preferably several years of professional experience within sales and tourism industry
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong understanding of travel trade dynamics and requirements
  • Driving license
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and ability to work on own initiative and to be part of an international team
  • Legal eligibility to live and work in the Netherlands
