Sales Manager based in Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a smart, brave and talented person to join our Spanish team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Management of the key account clients

·        Development and implementation of action plans and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and improve performance

·        Plan and execute inside and outside sales including acquisition of new clients

·        Conduct sales calls to new agencies and potential partners

·        Contract acquisition and negotiation with company and tour operator clients

·        Preparation of price schedules, discount rates, marketing and sales activities

·        Market research, competitors analysis, competitive price benchmarking

·        Continuous client reporting and communication

·        Arrange events, workshops, etc.

·        Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all new direct sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and traffic results whilst being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short term objectives


Key Skills:

·        Based in Barcelona or Catalonia region

          University degree, preferably in business related subjects

·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sales department 

·        Excellent knowledge of the Brazilian travel market, travel trends and consumer behavior

·        Extensive personal network within the local outbound travel trade segment

·        Fluency in English is mandatory

·        Excellent know-how in MS-Office with advanced Excel and Power Point

·        Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills

·        Highly motivated, eager and success driven team player with the ability to interact with people at all levels and in a multi-cultural working environment
