Sales Manager – Ethiopian Airlines

We are looking for a smart, brave and talent person to join our Brazilian team in São Paulo.

Required Qualification:

  • Preferably Graduate and Post Graduate 
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Meeting Sales Goals 
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships 
  • Fluency in English and any foreign language skills will be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

 

Required Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results 
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products 
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand 
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results 
  • Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies 
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout nation
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • Manage/supervise marketing and selling activities of the district and penetrate the local market to secure new sources of revenue
  • Tailor contracts with specific targets and destinations for all corporate/trade accounts
  • Ensures ET participation in sales campaigns and public events, collecting sales leads for dissemination to concerned departments and stations
  • Manages relationships with other airlines, corporate houses, trade bodies, government authorities and the general public in the region
