Sales Executive Aviation in São Paulo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee relationships with key accounts throughout Brazil, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategically grow the local customer base and explore new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales plans to enhance brand awareness and boost performance.
  • Identify and engage new potential clients to expand market presence.
  • Oversee contract implementation and ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Facilitate training and qualification programs for different distribution channels to enhance expertise.
  • Recommend and adapt sales and marketing strategies for different distribution channels.
  • Gather and analyze market data, identify trends, and assess business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular reporting on sales activities, market performance, and client engagement.
  • Represent the company at fairs, events, and workshops to strengthen industry presence.
  • Continuously monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments to refine sales strategies

 

Key Skills:

  • Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing or related fields.
  • Extensive professional experience in Tourism Sales.
  • Good knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sector.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge as a user of tourism industry distribution tools such as GDS, and other systems will be an advantage (dds)
  • Full user of MS Office programs. 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Be available for travel (domestic and international).
  • Be resilient and know how to work under pressure.
  • Experience with international destination account management will be a plus.

 

About the position:

  •  Position for São Paulo.
  • Shift: 9-18h
  • Hybrid – 1 or 2 times a week at the office

 

Additional Skills:

  • Fluent in Spanish (value-added competency)
