AVIAREPS Baltics is currently looking for a:

Sales and Marketing Manager


The vacancy concerns a new position. It is a sales position in which you may optimally translate the customer’s wishes into great service and look for new opportunities. You will be allowed to look for new clients yourself. But also, to find customers in new areas of work where AVIAREPS is not yet active in the Baltics, such as tourism. A good network and solid experience in the field of Marketing are a must-have!


Your day-to-day and monthly responsibilities:

❖ Sales activities

• towards travel agencies and tour operators in the Baltics on behalf of all our clients

• towards new potential clients

• towards potential marketing clients

❖ Coordination of marketing activities

❖ Organize and participate in events

❖ Market research and competition analysis

❖ Preparation of offers and reporting Your Qualifications and Skills:

❖ Experience in the tourism industry

❖ Extensive personal network within the tourism industry (travel agencies, tour operators, and marketing clients)

❖ Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives/actions will have the greatest business impact

❖ Excellent verbal and written skills in English, other languages are a plus

❖ Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant/outgoing personality

❖ Willingness to travel as required

❖ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills

❖ Good knowledge of the MS Office Products
