Reservation & Ticketing Agent 

For our office in Oslo


What to do as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent?

  •  Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (GDS) Sabre, Amadeus 
  •  Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via incoming phone calls and emails
  • Direct sales to final customers 
  • Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports 
  • Responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas 
  • Looking after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers 
  • Assist sales managers with fare check, benchmark etc.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service 
  • Vocational training or a comparable qualification 
  • Practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, a tour operator or a call centre
  • Good level of English and Norwegian / other languages is an advantage 
  • Passion, positive mindset, team spirit and willing to learn 
  • Commitment, flexibility and the ability to work independently •
  • Work experience with a reservation system
