Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d) Zurich

For the next possible date we are looking for a:

Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m/f/d)

for our office in Zurich

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (CRS)
• You sell our customers' products on the phone and advise customers on products and destinations You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
• You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
• You process incoming private customer enquiries independently
• You are also responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas
• You look after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers

Your qualifications:

• You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator.
• Your English and German language skills are business fluent, other languages are an advantage
• High level of customer orientation
• Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, flexibility, goal-oriented action
