Reservation & Ticketing Agent for Ethiopian Airlines in Copenhagen, Denmark

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (GDS).

• You sell our customers' products on the phone and in person, as well as advise customers on products and destinations.

• You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales.

• You process incoming private customer enquiries independently.

• You are also responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas.

• You look after tour operators, consolidators, travel agencies and corporate customers.

Your qualification:

• You have completed relevant travel trade education.

• GDS work experience, Sabre is preferred.

• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator.

• Your Danish and English skills are business fluent, other languages are an advantage.

• High level of customer orientation.

• Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, flexibility, goal-oriented action.
