 We are currently looking for a dedicated person to join our international team and start as soon as possible as:

Reservation Manager (m/f/d)

based in our NAIROBI Office

Your Mission:

• Develop the AVIAREPS Reservations team to become a profitable part of the business
• Handling customer and trade enquiries by booking airline tickets via the GDS
• Responsible for daily rebooking  & cancellation of tickets
• Excellent Knowledge of airline ticketing terms & conditions is required
• Responsible for understanding and benefits of Telephone Management System
• Responsible for setting of team and individual KPIs
• Evaluate and own the business
• Responsible for the monthly Aviation Reports of your clients
• You will be part of the Management Team at AVIAREPS
• Responsible for monthly preparation of TSRs
• Responsible for management of CRM platform

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Reservations Manager in the Aviation sector
• GDS knowledge including Amadeus & Sabre
• Strong organiser
• Can-do attitude
• Lead from the front
• Dynamic and hard working
• Fluent English skills (spoken and writing)
• Excellent MS-Office skills
