Regional HR Expert Europe (m/f/d)

Representing airlines as well as destinations, hotels, airports, cars, trains, cruises and other trade promotions, our 360° portfolio of services includes sales & reservation, marketing and PR.

Your Mission: 

  • You will be a multiplicator for regional & global HR topics into the European entities (e.g. the implementation and   roll-out of new HR topics)
  • You will support the local management, be the first point of contact to the local GMs and HR (if applicable) and thereby strengthen the HR presence within the local entities
  • You will actively organising, guiding and optimising HR processes, from on- to off - boarding
  • You will participating in building up and implementing personnel development measures
  • You will support the recruiting processes of our European offices
  • You will be responsible for the handling of personnel-related administrative procedures (HR filing, HR reporting, etc.) to ensure that HR tasks will be reported, implemented or filed. 
  • You will participating in national and international HR related projects


Your Qualification:

  • You hold a master degree in business administration, HR management or a similiar qualification
  • You have gained first experiences at least with internships or as a working student
  • You have strong communication skills to all hierarchy levels and are used to work self-driven
  • You are fluent in English and ideally speak 1-2 additional languages
  • You are used to work in a fast moving environment with flat hierarchies, open door policy and dynamic people
