Influencer Relations and Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Influencer Relations & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

 

SwayFluence is a new service from AVIAREPS created to take the guesswork out of influencer marketing. To support with the global roll-out and further development of this brand-new product, we are looking for a passionate and motivated self-starter to join us in this full-time position as soon as possible. In this role, you will shape the future of SwayFluence and how AVIAREPS provides international influencer marketing services to its clients. Working closely with the developer team, you will have the opportunity to grow the platform from the ground up, adding useful features along the way. 

In order to ensure the success of SwayFluence, our new Influencer Relations & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) should be a proactive project owner with the ultimate goal of growing SwayFluence into a reputable and profitable brand for influencer marketing services.

 

 

Your Mission:

  • Building SwayFluence into a reputable and profitable brand for influencer marketing services
  • Growing our influencer database through proactive social media marketing activities
  • Managing relationships with influencers and brands via traditional and digital channels
  • Managing influencer matchmaking requests from brands
  • Managing influencer campaigns independently and with the support of local AVIAREPS offices
  • Evaluating and maintaining our influencer database in our CRM
  • Proactively reaching out to and winning over potential clients independently or with the support of local AVIAREPS offices
  • Creating content and assets like social media posts, newsletters, pitch presentations, basic graphics, etc.
  • Establishing an internal, international team of AVIAREPS influencer specialists to continually promote SwayFluence within their region (with potential clients and influencers)

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer relations, marketing or communications (or related area)
  • A persuasive negotiator and sales mindset
  • Effective communicator with an eye for design
  • Ability to think globally and always open to new ways of collaboration
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics (social media, email, etc.)
  • Experience with basic graphic design programs (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience working with a CRM or database a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional language a plus
