HR Coordinator North West Europe (m/f/d)

HR Coordinator North West Europe (m/f/d)

Based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands

Your mission:

  • You are responsible for structuring the HR departments in our Benelux, UK, Ireland, Nordic and Baltic offices
  • Operational HR support for our local General Management and supervisors of our international office network
  • Recruiting of local specialists for our sales, call center, PR & (online) marketing, social media, financial and support teams
  • Creation of inviting job vacancies, job descriptions and develop an internal databank with examples
  • Planning, implementation and control of personnel development measures as well as HR projects
  • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and references and other HR admin as per head office or local requirements
  • Manage HR administration, in order to ensure employees are properly administered and paid in accordance with social and labour laws
  • Coordination and execution of pre- and post-payroll processes
  • Start relations with international tourism educational institutes and start trainee programs for the regional offices
  • You will report on monthly basis to the Regional Vice President

  • Completed business studies with a focus on human resources and labour law or similar training with further qualification as a human resources specialist
  • You are used to work in a fast moving environment with flat hierarchies, open door policies and dynamic people
  • You speak and write Dutch & English fluently, German and/or other languages are meriting
  • A good sense for structure, digital and good HR know-how
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with personnel responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of labour law, but also of social security and wage tax law
  • Self-initiative, responsible action as well as high social competence
