Do you get excited about overseeing day-to-day operations with precision and providing insights and financial advice to keep the financial health of the company?

Are you excellent at organizational and do you have analytical skills? Can you work well independently and does an error-free administration make you smile? As a Finance Manager, you are the rock!


Your daily activities:

  • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Involvement in preliminary sales tax returns
  • Debtor and creditor administration
  • Order processing, invoice and payment processing and dunning procedures
  • Expense reporting and general administrative duties
  • Reconciliation and clarification of accounts
  • Invoice checking and flow planning of incoming invoices
  • Make estimates of resources needed for the organization's short- and long-term financial goals
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Investigate and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction
  • Payrolling

In addition to financial work, you will also be responsible for the onboarding of new colleagues. This includes drafting an employment contract and taking care of all documentation so that payroll processing can take place. For HR-related activities you have no hesitation, such as absence and leave registration. You will be supported by the HR Coordinator of the region.


What you can bring to the team:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economy
  • Minimum work experience of 2+ Years in a comparable position is desirable
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent documentation and computer skills
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software
  • Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
  • Numerical insight and analytical-conceptual skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently
