Executive Assistant to the COO Tourism with focus on Business Development (f/m/d)

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to our COO Tourism based in our Headquarters in Munich to join our team.

Your tasks would include:

  • 80 % project and business development, 20 % administrational tasks
  • coordinating and implementing national and international projects autonomously
  • creating offers/proposals for potential clients, including the creation of texts, imagery & layout
  • designing and creating various presentations and other documents
  • corresponding with clients, coordinating activities, tasks, deadlines and financials between AVIAREPS offices
  • corresponding with the AVIAREPS board members, international management team, and external service proiders on a daily basis
  • carrying out research for existing or potential clients
  • planning, oranizing and conducting meetings with national and international management teams
  • managing, filing and communicating all tourism contracts
  • managing the controlling of results and the creation of reports
  • developing and maintaining the global CRM database for tourism
  • organizing business trips and various appointments or meetings

 

You should bring along:

  • a degree in International Management or Business Administration with emphasis on Tourism Management, or an equivalent qualification
  • qualification and profficiency working with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and all common graphic programs i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Prezi, etc.
  • strong international competencies, as well as previous professional or academic experience abroad
  • excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken - other foreign languages, especially German, Spanish and French preferred
  • self-initiative, drive, responsibility and interpersonal skill
  • creativity and an eye for design
  • an above-average level of commitment, dedication and organizational talent, as well as a high sense of loyalty and resilience 
  • business-oriented mindset and analytical thinking
  • passion for the tourism and travel industry
