About You: We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, international organization where innovation and excellence drive everything we do. Objective/Major Tasks: Your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and effective support to the finance & administrative operations of the organization as a substitute for maternity leave for one year.

Start Date: As soon as possible, preferably by April 1, 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months

 

Your Key Tasks

  • Organize and maintain important records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and equipment to keep everything running smoothly
  • Prepare reports and presentations, arrange travel, and process expense reports
  • Support staff with HR-related tasks and internal communications
  • Assist in financial operations, including payments, reconciliations, and account management
  • Communicate effectively with the Finance Service Center in India

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
