In addition to our own AVIAREPS clients, we will also invite prominent tour operators, hotels, airlines, cruise companies, tourism boards and other travel related businesses to participate as exhibitors. During and after the workshop delicious food and drinks will be served.

Small package

• Regular standing table 80 cm for 1 person.
• Only flyers/brochures can be displayed on your booth.
• No banners/pop-ups allowed.
• Participation fee: €795 (excl. VAT) for 1 location or
• Special price: €2.195 (excl. VAT) for the 3 locations combined.
  

Large package

• Large table of 160-180 cm for max. 2 persons.
• Including chairs and electricity for laptops/tablets.
• Flyers/brochures can be displayed on your booth, a banner/pop-up & goodie bags is allowed.
• Participation fee: €1.095 (excl. VAT) for Belgium or the Netherlands
• Participation fee: €795 (excl. VAT) for Luxembourg
• Special price: €2.795 (excl. VAT) for the 3 locations combined
  

Sponsor

Same as large package with the addition of:

• Prominent exhibition space with big lounge area or other prominent set-up with tables, depending on wishes of the sponsor.
• Dedicated e-mail to over 1750 travel trade contacts in the Benelux.
• TV screen projection of logo and/or promotional footage on TV screen (where available).
• Possibility to distribute goodie bags.
• Exposure logo on all promotional materials - print and digital.
• Participation fee: €2.000 (excl. VAT) for 1 location or
• Special price: €5.000 (excl. VAT) for the 3 locations combined.
  

Registration timeline:

• Before 1 June | fare as per above
• Between 2 June - 1 September | additional €100 per evening, €300 if you choose the Benelux combination
