General Manager

Starting in the reservations department, Xander Scheffel went through the sales departments of two airlines before becoming general manager of AVIAREPS in the Netherlands in 2004.

After finishing up a business management degree in the USA, he joined Canada 3000 Airlines, where his last position was Sales Manager Austria, Germany and the Netherlands. Following this he took up more or less the same position at Air Transat, where Poland was added to his area of responsibility.

In 2004 a new AVIAREPS office was set up to head the Benelux area; the office has been successful ever since.

General Manager Tourism

Passionate marketeer with over twenty five years experience in tourism. Having made a career in tour operating and transport, which included the management of the passenger marketing & sales division of Stena Line Holland, he opted to become an independent entrepreneur and joined the agency early 2000. Seeking for a global reach of his business, he decided to partner with the leading global airline & tourism management company in 2007.
