Janos originally worked as a teacher, but after travelling the world, he discovered his passion for tourism and started to study tourism management. Spending 10 years at one of the largest tour operators in Hungary, Janos managed the airline ticket division, later directed the office network and took an MBA course to hone his managerial skills. His position as general manger at AVIAREPS is just the latest logical step in his career. He successfully managed the set-up and the turn-around of AVIAREPS Hungary. For business success he believes in stamina, a proactive approach and service quality.
