The Baltic team consists of experts, all of them having more than 15 years of aviation and tourism experience. Long-term activity on tourism scene has lead to high-level market knowledge and to being well-known and highly valued by all market players. The team has built good contacts also with various third party providers enabling realizing cross-marketing promotions with limited investment.
Reservations and ticketing is headed by Kersti Õunapuu who has experience of 12 years in Estonian national carrier Estonian Air in space control, group sales, call center and other areas. She uses her experience in GSA business in the company already since 2005.
