Glenn holds a wealth of public relations and project planning expertise, including a position as the international media manager for the Japan Organising Committee for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, as well as positions within Japanese government institutions at both the national and municipal level.
As director of Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) office in Japan, Glenn firmly established Dubai as a “must-visit”, high-quality destination, bringing about a 222% increase in the number of Japanese visitors during this time. Under Glenn's leadership the DTCM office in Japan was awarded the highly coveted “Best Tourism Office” award in 2007 by the Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA). It was only the second time that the award had been given.
Glenn also has over 6 years of tourism-based public relations and crisis management expertise covering airlines and hotels in both the Far and Middle East.
